PM-3260E Intelligent Stack Dust and Gas Tester for Electrochemical

Adopting the isokinetic sampling principle, this comprehensive analyzer measures the mass concentration of particulate matter via the filter membrane (thimble) gravimetric method. It utilizes electrochemical or optical sensors to measure the mass concentration of toxic and harmful gases such as O₂, SO₂, NOx, and CO. Supported by a pitot tube and preprocessor, it simultaneously measures working parameters including flue gas flow rate, temperature, moisture, flue pressure, and exhaust volume. When paired with the Model ZR-D09QT Particulate Matter Detector, it enables precise on-site measurement and direct reading of exhaust particulate concentration based on the beta-ray absorption gravimetric principle.

Flue Gas Analysis

High-precision electrochemical sensors for SO₂, NOₓ, and CO concentration measurements.

Intelligent Operation, Full Traceability

  • Supports both touch and button operations; features a large, wide-temperature, high-brightness, multi-angle flip color screen for highly accessible operation.
  • Equipped with a high-capacity onboard memory for real-time sampling data storage; supports USB flash drive data export, enabling unlimited file storage.
  • Supports wireless control via a mobile APP and features dual Bluetooth/wired printing modes for flexible and efficient data output.
  • Supports one-click mobile time synchronization and automatic network time synchronization.
  • Integrated with Beidou positioning, 4G remote data transmission, QR code printing, and system logging capabilities.

Multi-functional, Comprehensive Sampling Coverage

  • Supports the measurement of working conditions such as flue gas flow rate, temperature, and pressure; moisture measurement via the wet-and-dry bulb method; concentration measurement of flue gases including O₂, SO₂, NO, NO₂, CO, CO₂, and H₂S; and particulate matter sampling. Functions can be expanded to include solution absorption flue gas sampling, beta-ray direct reading of particulate matter, and resistance-capacitance moisture measurement to meet diverse monitoring requirements.

Stable and Durable, Excellent Sampling Performance

  • Equipped with a high-flow, high-negative-pressure suction pump delivering a maximum flow rate of 120 L/min.
  • Built-in high-efficiency lithium battery with support for expandable backup battery input.
  • Features power-off memory functionality: automatically saves working data in the event of a sudden power failure during sampling, and prompts to resume sampling upon power restoration.
  • Equipped with automatic air-tightness testing for the dust sampling system and full-device fault self-diagnostics with alarms, streamlining user operation and maintenance.

Highly Adaptable, Worry-Free in Harsh Environments

  • Enhanced protection against moisture (via built-in filtration and dehumidification), static electricity, and physical impact, ensuring the instrument remains robust and durable.
  • Features a built-in automatic drainage pump that automatically discharges condensation water generated during dust and flue gas sampling. This ensures convenient and efficient operation even under high-humidity working conditions.
  • Incorporates a gas path buffer function to effectively prevent backflow, ensuring the absolute accuracy of sampling data.

Flue Gas Sensor Processing Flow

1. Gas Extraction & Sampling
Extracts flue gas from the industrial stack using a precision isokinetic sampling pump.
➔
2. Filtration & Dehumidification
Removes particulate matter and moisture to prevent sensor fouling and interference.
➔
3. Gas Permeates Membrane
Target hazardous gases pass through a highly selective membrane into the electrochemical cell.
➔
4. Working Electrode Reaction
Gas molecules undergo oxidation or reduction, actively exchanging electrons at the electrode.
➔
5. Signal Generation
The chemical reaction generates a microcurrent that is directly proportional to the gas concentration.
➔
6. Digital Conversion & Readout
The processor converts the analog current into exact digital readings (e.g., mg/m³ or ppm) on the display.

Electrochemical sensors typically feature an independent, plug-and-play modular design. This enables a single analyzer to flexibly combine or swap sensor probes for SO₂, NOₓ, CO, or H₂S based on specific on-site working conditions and application requirements.

Applications

  • Environmental Law Enforcement & Monitoring: Supervisory spot checks and real-time compliance assessments of enterprise emission outlets by environmental monitoring stations.
  • Industrial Process Control: Routine exhaust emission management for various boilers and industrial kilns in thermal power plants, chemical plants, and metallurgical facilities.
  • Environmental Equipment Commissioning & Acceptance: Evaluating the actual purification efficiency of industrial desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal environmental control facilities.
  • Third-Party Testing Services: On-site sampling and certified report generation by occupational health agencies and third-party environmental testing institutions.
